It's been awhile and hasn't been updating blog at all. Many times I thought about it, but there wasn't a really good reason to post. At this blog.
Week ago we "started" a chin-up "challenge" at work. We didn't really started it and it's not a challenge per se, but a personal fitness challenge to say. On the first day I almost had 1, next day it was barely 1, on the third day it was 1. The fourth day it was 1 and almost half.
Today was the third day of this week and I had 1 and half. Half way to the whole 2. There are two things to consider when trying to gain more chin-ups: how is your muscles are developing and how much you lose weight. I had 96 kg on scale day after first chin-up.

First day of rest of my life.
I know that is a such a Cliche, but it kind of is first day, actually it was two weeks ago when I decided to quit smoking once and for all. When I decide that, you have to understand that it is life changing event. No more clothes smellig awful, no more tarred fingers and teeths, no bath smell, well that can depend on so many different things, but no more smokers bad breath. I can breath easier, feel much more energier and I can taste and smell so many things that I haven't tasted or smell since I started smoking.
Now I just have to keep watching my waist line and start to exercise and get that lifesaver from my hips away. I have thought about jogging, but there is that can my body cope with it. For my height I have about 20 kg over weight and I am not getting any younger and my knees.
