Sunday stroll.
It wasn't that great weather for a walk, so we did only 45 min walk. 245 kcal burned according Sports Tracker app. Picked up a electronic key to a gym, since our company offers that kind of benefit. I try to go there two to three times a week.

Cold truth.
I went to a scale this morning and truth is that I won't be weighted in kid scale anymore. My normal kcal burn in day is roughly 2500 kcal and I can eat good amount food to that. I usually walk our dog two times per day and few times a week a longer walk, 45-60min. Today we went for a bit longer:
